Competera helps global retailers optimize their pricing. UWWA designed two products:  a retail analytics tool that helps retail managers make decisions and an AI-based pricing tool. Our goal was to reduce the complexity of these products and to create an interface that helps and guides users to get the most out of powerful tools that Competera offers.

Tailor a perfect onboarding

The retail analytics product has a lot of features for different user segments. And without a good onboarding users were unable to find the things they needed. UWWA designed a segment-based onboarding, so that each user group gets to learn only the things they actually need.

Expanding the horizon

UWWA designed an industry-disrupting product, which utilizes a trained AI model to reprice retail products. It eliminates the need for manual analysis, calculation, guesswork for retail managers, and makes repricing as easy as adjusting a couple of parameters.

During our 1 year-long partnership with Competera, customer churn rate decreased by 31%, also due to the high-quality design of both products.

It also made it easier for Competera to attract new customers, who stay with them longer. This is precisely what UWWA does: enhancing every aspect of your product through first-class design.
